Service description

BaseCite provides protected upload, storage, metadata, integrity, and bounded AI/MCP/API retrieval for customer-submitted, unverified materials.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights to upload materials, selecting visibility settings, and reviewing output context before relying on it.

BaseCite responsibilities

BaseCite operates platform controls for confidentiality, tenant isolation, access control, no raw download, no bulk export, audit events, retention/deletion workflows, and bounded AI/MCP/API access.

Non-verification boundary

BaseCite does not verify truth, source authority, legal authority, company quality, evidence sufficiency, certification status, ranking, recommendation, or AI adoption.
