General support
For access questions, integration planning, or a problem using a documented public endpoint, email support@basecite.com. Include the affected public URL, approximate time, request ID if available, and a description that does not contain customer file contents or credentials.
Security and privacy
For a suspected security issue, privacy concern, accidental disclosure, or credential exposure, email security@basecite.com. Do not send API keys, passwords, webhook secrets, raw customer documents, object keys, or signed URLs in an ordinary message. Use the secure exchange channel provided by BaseCite when sensitive material is required.
Developer resources
The public developer guide is available at /docs/developers. The OpenAPI contract is available at https://api.basecite.com/api/v1/ai/openapi.json, and MCP clients can use https://mcp.basecite.com/.well-known/mcp.json. BaseCite integrations must respect tenant scope, consent, rate limits, and the no-unbounded-export boundary.
