• Public crawler access is limited to approved high-level controlled summaries and processing boundaries.
• Workspace access, publish policy, malware scanning, extraction provenance, and serving receipts are recorded as control-plane events.
• Private originals, full extracted text, object locations, submission identifiers, contacts, commercial terms, agreements, access logs, and evidence records are not public.
• Public artifacts include a version, content digest, source-set digest, policy version, publication time, and KMS receipt signature.
• Corrections and withdrawals preserve prior digest links and can identify AI serving receipts affected by an older version.
• Materials remain customer-submitted and are not truth, legal-authority, company, certification, ranking, recommendation, or AI-adoption claims by BaseCite.
